IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

Our imaging capabilities include, image scanning services, OCR conversion, and microfilm to image conversion, specifically crafted to meet the unique demands of litigation applications. We convert OCR to a searchable database, searchable annotations and hypertext links.

We can also provide staff augmentation (Paralegals, law clerks, project managers/supervisors, coders, and other personnel) for large litigation and administrative services, or any other application of legal information products, services or support.

Right now we have the capacity to provide document preparation, copy which are imaged, numbered, quality checked and returned to the client(s). With our document imaging and management services, we have the option of sending files back electronically via T1, T3, CD-ROm, Zip/Floppy disks or optical tapes or whatever our clients' prefer. We can also convert files to virtually any file formatting including, but not limited to: PDF, OCR, EPS and ICR.

We offer document acquisitions (image capture, scanning, OCR, etc.), database creation, management utilization, document processing (indexing and coding), pretrial and trial support, and many other specialized professional services.
